Our current work focuses on dental CBCT, structure segmentation and spatial data analysis. We are developing a workflow that keeps the source image, method version, computation parameters and result linked together.
Running an algorithm is one stage of the process. Data preparation, preserving geometry, checking the completeness of the output and being able to reopen it in an imaging environment are equally important.
Connecting users' needs with the work of method authors
A healthcare organisation or research team brings a question and its intended context of use. The algorithm author brings a method and an understanding of how it works. MedAlgora develops the layer that connects these elements in a defined, verifiable workflow.
Our longer-term goal is a catalogue of image analysis services in which users can compare the purpose of methods, their terms of use and the form of the output. Today, we invite collaboration on specific projects and pilots.
